Refund policy

My Hoodie is too big, can I return it?  

Sparkle and Unicorns does not offer refunds. Our products are considered "spiritual items" which hold energy and for that reason there are no refunds or exchanges. 

***If the product you received is deemed defective your order is eligible for a return within 3 days of the delivery date.***

We often have sales and promotions but there are NO price adjustments, discount codes do not apply to orders previously placed. Orders can not be edited once the order is placed; you will need to make a new order to add additional items. Only 1 discount code per order will work.

Orders with incorrect addresses will not be edited, they will be cancelled upon the customers request. 

Some items may ship separately. An item that is out of stock due to an inventory error will be refunded, the remaining portion of the order will still be shipped. This does not happen often but it is possible. We apologise for the inconvenience that this may cause.
